Introduction

The Alpine-Nomadic languages are those derived from closed-syllable (and hybrid-syllable) dialects of Proto-Paleoboreanic, or those branches of the Palaeoboreanic language family, which underwent voicing of consonants adjascent to back-vowels (Terran languages) and glottal deconsonantalization (Alpine-Agrarian languages
